We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50 in the USA , including Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico.
Orders are usually processed in 24 hours, with exceptions on weekends and Holidays. Your order will arrive based on the shipping option you select at the time of checkout. Expedited shipping options are available upon check-out.

Quality is a top priority at Chrissy’s Knee High Socks, and it’s important for us to provide the best quality product to all of our customers. Before any order is shipped, our knee high socks are checked for defects and imperfections.
If you receive a defective item, contact us email@example.com within 7 days and we will gladly replace your pair of knee high socks. If your order is incorrect due to an error on our part, we will gladly ship you (1) FREE pair of knee high socks of your choice.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product we sell, we do not accept returns for socks that have been worn/washed. If you want to return unworn socks the plastic tag must be intact. You will not be refunded for any socks that do not have the plastic tag intact.
Postage fees will not be refunded. If your order qualified for free shipping and you return your order, you would be charged the standard shipping rate. All returns will be assessed a 15% - 30% restocking fee. All items in the sale category are non-refundable. All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. (no exchanges). You must obtain an RMA # to be eligible for a return. Any returns without an RMA# will not be honored.
If your order is returned due to an undeliverable shipping address provided at the time of checkout you will be responsible for all fees specified above.
