ShippingWe offer FREE SHIPPING on orders of 6 or more socks in the USA including Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico.

For orders under 6, see below

(6) or more FREE SHIPPING

For International orders going to Australia, Canada, Ireland or the UK, the shipping cost is between $45-$55 USD. If you need a shipping quote on a large or custom order please contact us.

Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours after the order is received. Your order will take 3-5 business days to arrive at it’s destination.

If we are out of stock on a pair of knee high socks you ordered or cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you.

Return Policy

ShippingQuality is a top priority at Chrissy’s Knee High Socks, and it’s important for us to provide the best quality product to all of our customers. Before any order is shipped, our knee high socks are checked for defects and imperfections.

If you receive a defective item, contact us info@kneehighsocks.org within 7 days and we will gladly replace your pair of knee high socks. If your order is incorrect due to an error on our part, we will gladly ship you (1) FREE pair of knee high socks of your choice.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product we sell, we do not accept returns for socks that have been worn. If you want to return unworn socks the plastic tag must be intact. Postage fees will not be refunded. All returns will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. All returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
